Javelin thrower Sunette Viljoen and hurdler Antonio Alkana led the way on Saturday, as South Africa earned another six medals at the CAA African Senior Championships in Durban.With one day of competition remaining at the 20th edition of the continental showpiece, the host nation retained their place at the top of the table with a total of 24 medals, including 11 gold, seven silver and six bronze.Viljoen produced a 64.08m heave to win her fifth African title, with compatriot Jo-Ane van Dyk securing the silver medal (56.22m)."I'm very proud to have been continuously throwing for such a long time, and to be on top of the continent in a Championship that is held every second year.
